Note: If a free domain name was included with your hosting plan, the standard regular price of the domain registration will be deducted from your refund amount, and you will retain ownership of the domain.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Hostoy Client Area.
  2. Navigate to the service you wish to cancel.
  3. Select "Request Cancellation".
  4. Open a Support Ticket with the billing department confirming your refund request.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment processor. Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of your account and may lead to a permanent ban from our services.
